From 9 to 13 years

5 days of fun and action with friends in the mountains of Andermatt. Hip-hop, archery and even a walkie talkie hunt are on the agenda for anyone between the ages of 9 and 13. Lunch is, of course, also provided.

How do I reserve a ticket?

Who will look after my child?

Childcare is provided by qualified and experienced internal staff.

What if my child has allergies or intolerances?

Please be sure to inform us of any allergies in writing when registering.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the event. After that, the ticket will be charged for in full and cannot be refunded. To cancel a ticket, please contact: activities@andermatt-swissalps.ch

Reimbursement: If the activity is cancelled by Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, the money will be refunded in full to the means of payment used for the purchase. The refund may take 5 working days.

Changes: The programme may be altered spontaneously depending on the weather conditions.

Reasons for the withdrawal of activities are: Short-term staff absence without replacement, Minimum number of participants is not reached (5 persons)

Where is the meeting point and what happens if my child arrives late?

Meeting point: Piazza Gottardo meeting point. Please arrive at the specified meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the start time.

Start time: 9.00 am Please be at the specified meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the start time.

Late arrival: Depending on the activity, participation can no longer be guaranteed, and the ticket will expire without replacement.

What is included in the ticket price?

5-day childcare by the camp team, activities, lunch, any hired material, ticket for the family festival Klapperlapapp, 7 days cable car ticket to Nätschen

Can my child also take part if we are not staying overnight in Andermatt?

Of course! The activities are open to anyone between the ages of 5 and 13. It is important that your child arrives on time.

How old does my child have to be?

This varies depending on the camp. In the kids' groups, the age range is from 5 to 8 years; in the teens' groups, it is from 9 to 13 years.

I have two children and would like them to go to the same group. Which camp should I enrol them in?

Please note that different groups have been divided into two age categories based on their needs. However, if you are of the opinion that both are well suited to the same age category, we recommend that you enrol your children in the younger class.

What about insurance?

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. Andermatt Swiss Alps AG and its partners accept no liability. Parents are fully liable for their children.
